The chest of drawers is in the style of Gillows with two short drawers over three graduated long drawers.
The chest top is mahogany cross banded with thumb moulding around the edge, the front of the chest has reeded quarter columns and stands on shaped bracket feet.
The drawers are pine lined, have their original brass swan neck handles and have a cock bead edge.
The chest is in very good condition and has had the polish sympathetically restored. (Circa 1790)
