Shakespeare's stout, vainglorious and cowardly knight, wearing a feathered hat, sword and shield; trousers and waistcoat with floral decoration; standing before a tree stump on a flower-encrusted rocaille moulded base. James Quinn (1693-1776), the toast of London's Drury Lane. Circa 1770.
