A fine Victorian collection of Minerals, Rocks and Fossils by James Tennant (1808-1881). No.149 Strand, London July 1st 1869.

The mahogany box comprising five lift out trays with two hundred and four specimens, two printed labels on the inside lid, a note book with hand written notes to the front , the printed book titled Catalogue of Fossils, James Tennant, 1858.
