A rare late 18th century Chinese export black lacquer cabinet on its original stand, the cabinet finely decorated on all sides including the top and reverse. The doors open to reveal a fitted interior of twelve drawers retaining their original handles, gilt decorated throughout with rocky landscapes, river settings, pavilions and trees on an black ground, the stand decorated on all four sides with floral motifs around a pierced frieze and apron.
