A fine early 19th century Derby porcelain vase of Empire shape, painted by Daniel Lucas Senior. The views depict a landscape in Derbyshire and a view of Warwick Castle. The vase is flanked by richly gilded handles depicting winged griffins. On the squared base is the red Bloor Derby mark and in script the subjects painted on the vase.
