A fine set of four George II mahogany chairs comprising of a pair of armchairs and a pair of side chairs. These finely drawn chairs are constructed of mahogany with walnut veneered panels to the back and crossbanding throughout the frames, with cabriole legs to the front and rear, the incised details of which, as with some of the mouldings on the chairs, are gilt. All four chairs are upholstered in George II red ground floral needlework.
