Item Description / Dealer Expertise

A mid 18th century mahogany library armchair the square back with scrolling arm supports decorated with stylised acanthus and scrolling hand grips above a deep railed seat supported on tapering square legs with carving imitating trailing harebell flowers above stylised dragon scales, joined by a chamfered cross stretcher, the legs finished with brass castors. Now upholstered in a yellow damask.
