Item Description / Dealer Expertise

The rectangular back surmounted with acanthus leaf finials on each side. The flat arms supported by uprights with elaborate acanthus leaf carving retaining original gilding. The straight legs joined by side stretcher. Re-upholstered in suede. Third quarter of the 17th century.
