A rare, large pair of square salvers with flat-chased borders and a finely engraved coat or arms, raised on cast hairy paw feet.

He married first Anne (d. 1726), daughter and coheir of Thomas Rocke, and secondly Hester, daughter and coheir of John Lacon. Their daughter Hester married George, Viscount Malpas, by whom she had George James, third Earl of Cholmondeley.
