A pair of Victorian figural centrepieces, London 1850-51, maker's mark of John Samuel Hunt Retailed by Hunt & Roskell. The two centrepieces bearing the model numbers 4764 & 4672. With crest and motto of De Lancey. Each modelled in the form of three cavorting putti holding aloft a cornucopia issuing leaf baskets, on detachable tapering circular bases with fluted sections. Each base on three scroll feet and engraved with an armorial of a leopard holding a fouled anchor beneath the motto "J'Espere", The bases bearing the retailers mark for Hunt & Roskell the late Storr & Mortimer & Hunt.
