A Toy Ewer, in the 17th century manner, London 1708, the maker's mark poorly struck but probably George Manjoy.

This unusual ewer is quite simply and crudely made from sheet silver with substantial solder joins - particularly joining the collet foot to the body. There is an impression of the foot on the interior of the body but no cracking. The maker's mark is poorly struck but the shape of the impression suggests very strongly that George Manjoy was the maker. There are old cracks to the upper part of the body rim.
Good overall with some cracking.
