A QUEEN ANNE WALNUT WING CHAIR (c. 1715 English)

A generous and well-proportioned Queen Anne wing chair in walnut of good colour and patina, standing on four cabriole legs, the front legs hipped at the knees and carved with shells, terminating in trifid feet. The chair upholstered in 18th Century silk and wool needlework depicting spring flowers on a blue ground.
