The Beaker stands on a spreading circular foot decorated with reeding. The sides are plain in design, with an everted rim. The exterior is unusually engraved with a double Crest and the interior is palely gilded. These beakers were made for travelling, or use when hunting, and collapse when not in use for ease of storage. Few were produced and not many survive today. The Crests are those of Hungerford and Holditch, for Henry Vane Forester Holditch Hungerford Esq, of Dingley Park, County Northamptonshire. JP, DL and High Sheriff. He was born in 1852 and died in 1921. In 1875 he married Augusta Louisa, daughter of Arthur Ward and secondly in 1885, Mildred. He died without issue.

Height: 4.45 inches, 11.13cm
Diameter at the rim: 3.45 inches, 8.63cm.
Weight: 8oz.
