A rare Worcester high footed sauceboat, the handle with a pronounced thumbrest, with very crisply moulded panels, one unusually surmounted by a cherub's face, decorated with coloured-in 'smokey primitive' transfer prints, the panels with Chinamen by a fence and pagoda, the interior with a peony, flowering branches and a flying crane, 19.8cm long, workman's mark of a cross in red enamel
