The Quaich is of typical form and has two shaped side lugs and beautifully shaded treen. The base and rim display plain silver mounts and the bowl of the Quaich has a central silver boss engraved with a thistle above " SGUAB ASI ". Quaich's were used in Scotland as a drinking vessel and to give a toast.

Length, across the handle: 4.75 inches, 11.88cm.
Height: 1.1 inches, 2.75cm.
