The Vinaigrette is broad rectangular in form and the cover is chased with crisp trailing vines and grapes on a matted ground. The sides and base are unusually decorated with linear corded bands and bands of roundels. The interior grille is pierced with flower heads and displays a very unusual central wheel motif containing flower heads. The grille is also engraved with "Elizabeth Christie from Arch'd White" and may well have been a love token.

Length: 1.6 inches, 4cm.
Width: 1.1 inches, 2.75cm
