The Vinaigrette is broad rectangular in form and cast. The base is unusually curved upwards and the silver gilt exterior is covered entirely with basket weave decoration and raised beads. The interior is finely gilded and the unusual grille is pierced and engraved with a central oval containing a flower head, flanked on each side by a floral spray. The pierced section is surrounded by a bright cut frame, with foliate fans in each corner.

Height: 0.45 inches, 1.13cm.
