The Vinaigrette has a square deep form with cut corners. The silver gilt sides display chased protruding bands decorated with scroll work and bright cut floral sprays. Both the cover and base are inset with a beautiful bloodstone panel and the interior grille is pierced and engraved with scrolls and flowerheads, all surrounded by a bright cut frame.
