The London Gazette, for the 5th December 1913, has the following notice of the dissolution of their partnership:
'Notice is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us, the undersigned, Ellen Caroline Woodward and Agnes Withers,carrying on business as Metal Workers and Enamellers, at 5 and 7, Johnson-street, in the county of London, under the style or firm of "THE MISSES WOODWARD AND WITHERS", has been dissolved by mutual consent as and from the 25th day of March, 1913. 'All debts due and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said Ellen Caroline Woodward.' - Dated this 24th day of November, 1913.'
Ellen Woodward exhibited a gold and enamel pendant at the St. Louis International Exhibition of 1904 [illustrated in the catalogue of the British Section, object 272].
