A good example with fine patination and beautiful striated body
Provenance : From a collection found in a vicarage near Winchester, England
The most important ancient quarries are in the area between Minia and south of Adyut, including the famous quarries at Hatnub, near El Amarna, where there are ancient inscriptions on the walls dating from as early as the Old Kingdom.
