A set of twelve Victorian silver-gilt bowls, London 1874, makers mark of Alexander Chrichton Retailers mark of Charles Frederick Hancock overstriking. The exteriors of the bowl chased with leaves, the interiors with a band of honeysuckle and anthemion. The bowls with beautifully cast and chased busts of varying Greek Gods including, Medusa, Apollo, Ariadne, Eros, and Minerva.
