The Toothpick Case is narrow rectangular in form, with cut corners. The cover, base and sides are engraved with very crisp bright cut designs, including flower heads, ovals and sunburst designs. The hinge is beautifully concealed and the interior displays a mirror and velvet lining. The box is in excellent condition and a similar example is shown in "Silver Boxes" by Eric Delieb, page 86, Plate 126.
