The Toothpick case is of a slender broad rectangular form and is decorated all over the exterior with engine turned designs. This piece has a plain outer border and protruding thumb piece. The interior displays excellent interior gilding and a mirror on the interior of the cover. The quality and weight of this piece is exceptional.
