This rare piece has a boat shaped base, with raised reeded edge and "Onslow" pattern ends. The Toast Rack stands on four unusually shaped feet and the base is engraved with a shield shaped Armorial. The Rack has four divisions made of fifteen interlocking arched sections, which must have been very difficult to make. These divisions are held in place with a skewer mechanism underneath. The Toast Rack has a circular carrying handle and is very well marked on the base. This is also the first time we have offered this specific design.
