The Toothpick Box is narrow rectangular in form with gold mounts and a Bog Oak panel set into both the base and the cover. The cover is also inset with three paste cabochons to form a shamrock. The side is engraved with "July 30th 1827" The interior displays its original leather lining. A very rare Irish Box.
