The twelve cast teaspoons, 6 shown, are modelled in the naturalistic style with bowls modelled as leaves with rasied decoration to simulate the veins of the leaf. The slender stems are decorated with applied leaves and a berry. The nips are also decorated with the same leaves and berries and also display a central flower head boss, and foliate grips. The cast mote spoon has a beautiful leaf bowl and is pierced with scrolls. All pieces are in excellent condition and are all contained within their original green velvet lined shagreen case, of most unusual design. This is the first time we have seen such an extensive complete set of this design and the quality and condition is exceptional, as they have remained in their case all over the years.
