This unusual wine label is very finely pierced and engraved with vine leaves, grapes and tendrils. The central banner is engraved for MADEIRA, surrounded by a prick dot frame. The label is in very good condition and is clearly marked on the reverse. An identical label is shown on page 241 of "Wine Labels 1730-2003, A Wordwide History."
