An unusual carved wood Japanese Kobe toy of a woman with an umbrella and fan being pulled in a rickshaw by a bizarre creature with an eel like head.

The rickshaw can be wheeled along, both heads turn, and both tongues move.

Kobe toy is the name given to mechanical wooden toys made in the harbour of Kobe to sell to tourists and native Kobekko people.
