A rare early 18thc bronze hand bell with finely turned fruitwood handle, wonderful colour and patination. The bell is cast with the makers mark of William Cor, which is a dabchick and his initials W.C., he had a bell foundry in Aldbourne, Wiltshire which he shared with his brother Robert, starting in 1642.
