The body of each piece is embellished with an impressive contemporary engraved cut cornered motif incorporating the initials ‘W McD L’, all in the iconic Art Deco style.
The cocktail shaker has a plain tapering cylindrical form with the original plain domed push fit cover.
Both the cover and body of the shaker are encircled with a fine and impressive broad band of stylised evolute-spiral ornamentation incorporating leaf designs.
The cocktail shaker is fitted with a plain angular handle.
The plain tapering cylindrical spout retains the original domed push fit cover and chain, securing to the nadir of the socket.
Each drinking vessel has a plain martini glass shaped form supported by a knopped stem onto a circular spreading foot.
The upper rim and the foot of each glass are encircled with the identical ornamentation to that of the cocktail shaker.
The impressive plain rectangular tray has rounded corners.
The raised rounded border of the tray is embellished with further matching evolute-spiral decoration to the rim, incorporating two plain shaped inset handles.
This impressive and comprehensive cocktail set was crafted by the important American maker Tiffany & Co.
