A wonderful Bakshaish carpet with a very unusual camel ground colour. The lack of medalliion creates a fantastic all over design carpet which can easily be placed into the majority of large rooms. Bakshaish is a region very near to Heriz in the north-west of Persia, they tended to be softer in colour and have a geometric design of leaves and birds.
