The body of the dish is embellished with fine and impressive pierced interlacing stylised grape and vine decoration accented with engraved ornamentation.
The decoration to the body incorporates two shaped cartouche; one features the full hallmarks and the other bears the contemporary engraved dates ‘1912, 6th June, 1937’.
The shaped rim of the dish is encircled with an applied scrolling vine decoration in addition to grape clusters and foliate designs.
The shaped well of this dish is plain and unembellished.
