The surface of this Edwardian clock is plain and embellished with an impressive applied bud decorated border to each face.
This impressive clock is fitted with a hallmarked angular carrying handle ornametned with an identical border to that of the body.
The original white enamel dial is ornamented with black hour Roman numerals, encircled with a plain black chapter ring with minute markers.
The clock face is visible through a circular glass 'window' with a silver border incorporating further bud decoration.
The hallmarked hinged door to the reverse opens to reveal eight-day French movement and orignal gilded interior.
The clock movement is fitted with an incorporated hinged winding key, featuring a rounded, lobed handle.
The door features a plain rounded thumbpiece to facilitate opening.
The underside of this impressive Edwardian boudoir clock bears the retailer's mark 'J.C.Vickery 179-181 & 183 Regency St, London, W.', in addition to the full hallmarks.

There is a small ding to the interior of the door, which often occurs when timepieces include a hinged winding key.
There is some slight compressions to the bun feet; the clock stands straight to any plateaued surface.
This impressive timepiece can be considered in exceptional presentation condition.
Full hallmarks struck to the underside of the clock and part hallmarks to the handle and to the hinged door are all clear, in keeping with age.
Reflections in photographs may detract from the true representation of this antique silverware.
