The main elevated receiver has a quatrefoil shaped form supported by a waisted incurved column embellished with pierced decorated scrolling leaf and floral designs to the upper portion.
The lower portion of this central support is embellished with four embossed leaf motifs incorporating vacant shaped catouches.
This impressive silver epergne centrepiece is fitted with four scrolling arms to a scrolling leaf decorated oval receiver.
Each of the five receivers retain the original hallmarked oval boat shaped dishes; the central dish is larger than the supporting four.
These antique dishes are embellished with pierced and embossed scrolling leaf decorations, reflecting the same design as the central column.
The undulating shaped rim of each dish is accented with bead and floral ornamentation incorporating a large leaf design to either end.
This exceptional silver centrepiece is supported by four cast and applied conjoined hoof style legs ornamented with scrolling leaf and shell ornamentation.
