The body of this antique water/cordial jug is plain and unembellished.
This jug retains the original hallmarked domed hinged cover surmounted with a plain thumbpiece.
This exceptional example of antique silverware is fitted with a plain sterling silver C shaped handle with a scrolling lower terminal.
The underside of the jug bears the retailer's mark Walker & Hall, Sheffield, England.
