Antique Edwardian Sterling Silver Presentation Hors D'Oeuvres Dish
Offered by AC Silver
The dishes are connected via a shaped frame embellished with pierced, embossed and chased five-petalled roses, barbed and seeded, leaf decoration.
The four dishes have a naturalistic five petalled form.
The anterior dish is the largest of the four, and the posterior, the smallest.
This hors d'oeuvres dish has an integrated shaped handle to one end.

The knife and forks have shaped plain blades.
The terminals of each piece are ornamented with oval shell and leaf decorated vacant cartouches to both the anterior and posterior faces.
The shaped stem of each piece is also ornamented with chased flower and scroll decoration, with shell and leaf decorated heels.
The dish and accompanying flatware are presented in a hinged oak case embellished with brass fittings at each corner and a shield shaped vacant brass cartouche to the centre of the cover.
