The Antique first Period Worcester porcelain design depicts Worcester's interpretation of Buddhist Emblems (Happy Omens) and Precious Objects, sometimes referred to as the Eight Treasures, among flowerheads and lotus scrolls, presumably copied from an unknown Chinese Qianlong original (a similar Qianlong original resides in the Victoria & Albert Museum). The pattern was introduced at Worcester around 1768, made until 1785.
