The sterling silver holder of the basket is embellished with pierced decorated motifs in addition to an applied leaf ornamented border to the shaped rim.
This receiver is fitted with a removable cut glass dish ornamented with panels of geometric designs to the flared elongated rim.
The lower portion of the glass dish is embellished with a simplified leaf motif to each panel.
The basket has a plain faceted shaped sterling silver handle.
The underside of the weighted base is fitted with green baize.
Width across handle 13.2cm/5.2"
Length of dish 13.7cm/5.3"
An accurate weight of silver cannot be provided as this basket has a weighted base.
