The body of this piece is plain and unembellished with a plain applied moulded rim.
The shallow sides of the central panel that runs along the length of the dish flare subtly at either end towards each handle.
This piece is fitted with impressive turned ivory handles in the Art Deco style.
This antique silver dish is crafted in the same style as W5849, the two items would sit very well together as a composite pair.
