The waisted neck is encircled with an impressive band of chased fruiting vine ornamentation accented with foliate and grape cluster designs.
The shaped upper rim of the jug is encompassed with an applied moulded border.
The inverted baluster shaped body is encircled with large chased leaf designs to the upper and lower portions conjoined with elongated convex central veins.
This impressive silver wine ewer is fitted with a domed hinged cover surmounted with an impressive fruiting vine decorated silver finial.
This important piece of Colonial silverware is fitted with an impressive opposing scroll handle accented with scrolling leaf decoration with a grape cluster to the lower terminal.
The foot of the jug reflects the same design as the body, incorporating further chased leaf designs.
