Antique Serpentine Front Edwardian mahogany wardrobe
This striking antique serpentine front Edwardian mahogany wardrobe ca 1910 is an unusual low size and has a moulded cornice above a deep reeded frieze and two serpentine shaped doors with original brass handles slam strip and beaded edges. The corners are canted with beautiful floral carvings and the interior has a brass hanging rail. The lower section of the antique wardrobe has a serpentine shaped base with two oak lined cock beaded drawers with original brass rococo style handles. This beautiful piece of antique furniture stands on shaped bracket feet and is a rich medium / dark mahogany colour with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
