An elegant dessert set of 18 knives and 18 forks with plain blades, ribbed ferules and hand carved mother of pearl handles. Each piece with a hand engraved initial āLā. In the original mahogany box with 2 pull out trays and key. Dessert cutlery. Knife 20 cms. Fork 16 cms. London 1845. Maker Francis Higgins.
This mother of pearl cutlery is in excellent condition with no damage or restoration. The silver marks are all clear and matching.
