In excellent condition.
Roberts & Slater (silversmiths) - a partnership of William Briggs, Samuel Roberts and Joseph Slater. They were active and in operation from 1845 to 1858 at 38 Furnival St. Sheffield when they registered their hallmark on 1st Sep 1845. They were silver and electroplate manufacturers. The firm succeeded in 1845 to William Briggs, plater & silversmith. In 1859, after the retirement of Joseph Slater, the firm changed to Roberts & Briggs.
