Each cufflink has an oval form.
All four panels have a plain, smooth finish with a chamffered border.
The posterior surface of each cufflink is hallmarked.
These antique hallmarked cufflinks articulate via a figure of eight link to the reverse.
The hallmarks include the 18 ct gold standard mark (18), Birmingham Assay Office mark (anchor) and date letter for 1899 (z).
These fine vintage cufflinks are fitted to the original hinged leatherette presentation case which has a satin and velvet lined interior.

Hallmarks to the reverse are very clear apart from teh maker's marks which are rubbed and illegible.
