The upper portion of this impressive goblet is encircled with an undulating band of bright cut engraved and pin struck scrolling leaf, floral motifs and grape cluster designs all above a simplified scalloped border.
One side of this William Bateman silver goblet is embellished with a bright cut engraved laurel bordered vacant cartouche.
The circular foot is encompassed with a plain bright cut engraved undulating band in addition to tooled decoration to the collet style rim.
This antique silver goblet retains the original gilded interior.
This exceptional goblet was crafted by the renowned London silversmith William Bateman I.
