Antique Victorian Sterling Silver Queen's Pattern Soup Ladle

The anterior and posterior surfaces of the handle is embellished with the classic Queen’s pattern ornamentation, includes a convex shell design to either side of the terminal, in addition to the honeysuckle and rosette design*.
The decoration to the handle terminal incorporates the contemporary bright cut engraved initial 'S'.
This fine example of Victorian flatware has a plain rounded bowl with an impressive diamond heel to the reverse surface.
* This pattern is most commonly acknowledged/referred to as Queen's pattern, however in the Chawner & Co. Pattern Book bears the name 'Rosette'.
