This exceptional antique Victorian sterling silver teapot has a circular bell shaped form onto a circular spreading foot.

The body of the teapot is embellished with bright cut engraved palmette decoration incorporating a shaped vacant cartouche, accented with bands of simple Greek fret and a band of evolute-spiral decoration.

The lower portion of the body is ornamented with bright cut engraved vertical stylised palm leaf decoration.

This fine teapot retains the original impressive hinged hallmarked shaped cover, embellished with a bright cut engraved band of Greek fret.

The cover is surmounted by an impressive hallmarked drop shaped finial.

The hinge is decorated with impressive palmette ornamentation.

The finial, cover and foot of this unusual teapot are ornamented with bright cut engraved vertical palm leaf decoration.

This fine Victorian teapot has an angular sterling silver handle, featuring a scrolling thumbpiece and a shaped socket embellished with bead decoration.

This antique teapot has an impressive swan necked spout ornamented with a shaped embossed palmette decorated socket.
