This large panel, due to its size, was most probably commissioned for public display, and shows Rosenau's remarkable skills as a marquetry artist, with its use of complicated cuts, inlaid in many exotic timbers including, Birds eye maple, Satin wood , Rosewood, Satin Birch, Goncalo Alvez, Burr Walnut, Amboyna, and many more.
