Unusual hallmarked English sterling Art & Crafts silver caddy spoon featuring a pierced handle with attached rings. This caddy spoon was made by silversmiths Julius Wolfe and his brother Adolph Abraham Sandheim, known as Sandheim Brothers. It is hallmarked for London 1922.
The large, circular bowl has been hammered and bears the planishing marks, particularly to the reverse of the bowl. The ornate handle is cast and has 6 small silver rings attached. The design is reminiscent of a Welsh love spoon. The hallmarks are very clear.
