Item Description / Dealer Expertise

Anglaise brass case. Porcelain side panels with gilt and jewelled romantic painted scenes and similar dial panel. Twin barrel movement with silvered platform, bimetallic balance and lever escapement. Gong to the back plate strikes on the hour and half hour, repeats on the hour. Alarm. Blued steel hands.
